Eron Shosteck is the president & CEO of Resume Revision, based in Alexandria, Virginia, right outside of Washington, D.C.

The company has hundreds of satisfied clients in new jobs because of the help they received from Resume Revision. New clients come via word-of-mouth referrals. Shosteck never advertises, and Resume Revision makes frequent charity donations of its services to school auctions and other worthy causes.

With his writing, communications & marketing experience in jobs on Capitol Hill, in journalism, at public affairs agencies, at several associations, and as a published novelist, Shosteck blends his narrative prose style with his skills in presenting the most marketable attributes of his clients in every resume he crafts.

Shosteck legally merged his two growing start-ups under one corporate umbrella in 2011, titled Editorial Solution Strategies, Limited Liability Corporation.

In registering both The Media Consultant Group and Resume Revision with Virginia and the federal government as one sole proprietorship LLC, Shosteck  streamlined internal efficiencies across both corporate divisions while ensuring each maintains its distinctive brand identity.

Editorial Solution Strategies, LLC, identifies the corporation with a single thematic motif that encompasses what The Media Consultant Group and Resume Revision each provide to their respective clients: strategic solutions with a strong emphasis on editorial lexicon artistry and customized client care. 

Shosteck is a frequent speaker at career workshops, seminars and networking events, including formal panels and casual meet-and-greets.

Shosteck was the designated resume specialist at a professional development seminar titled "Robust Resumes, Hiring Hints & Interview Insights" sponsored by Washington Women In Public Relations & The Public Relations Society of America at Johns Hopkins University. Shosteck is always happy to provide complimentary resume assessments to workshop attendees.
